The DEN Resource Hub
Empowering Dementia Voices, Connecting People, and Growing Together!
Welcome to the DEN Resource Guide Hub
The Dementia Empowerment Network (DEN) is a collection of peer-led groups for individuals living with dementia. All groups connect virtually once a month as a large network, and many also meet in person on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Some groups include care partners, while others are for individuals living with dementia only.
Find a group in your area below or contact Darian at darian@hamiltoncoa.com for more information.
